Please have your Insurance Certificate, Policy Number, Proof of Purchase, and supporting documents such as photographs of the damage ready when you get in touch
We’ll review your claim and be in touch promptly.
For staining or surface damage, we may send a specialist Care Kit first.
We aim to resolve all claims within 30 days of receiving everything we need.
A technician from Walsh’s Furniture Repair and Assembly will visit your home.
We’ll do our best to complete the work in a single visit, though larger works such as restuffing, reupholstering or respraying will require a separate booking.
Grand, But Just So You Know… if a pre-arranged visit cannot go ahead due to access not being available, a missed appointment fee of €40 applies before a new visit can be scheduled.
We always aim to repair your furniture first, as this is usually the quickest and most practical solution.
If our authorised service partner confirms that repair isn’t possible or economical, we may arrange a replacement up to your sum insured.
Please note that a replacement is not guaranteed and will be provided at our discretion.
In rare and exceptional circumstances, we may instead offer a store voucher, gift card, or, as a final option, cash reimbursement.
